Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is another type of therapy we may employ in our work together, especially if your issues are anxiety, depression, addictions and /or recovery from trauma.
I am a spiritual person, rather than religious, and know and practice a 12 Step Program.
I am supportive of religious beliefs that are important to you.
